- Decode the QR first (do not open unknown links).
- Copy the decoded URL and send it to support.
- Tell us where you found the QR (poster, email, app screenshot, etc.).
What to include (so we can help faster)
- Which tool you used (Image / Screenshot / Webcam / WiFi)
- Your device + browser (Android Chrome, iPhone Safari, Windows Edge, etc.)
- What happened (error message, blank result, wrong decode)
- If possible, a non-sensitive example QR image (avoid personal data)
